One of the best listeners I've ever encountered, which enables her to reflect back to the client the information they have shared with her. Once she has fully determined the situation being presented she compassionately but clearly outlines her assessment of what assistance she can offer. She is ever kind but also will not shy away from how and why the client may be sabotaging his or her own recovery and guiding toward new, healthier life strategies. Wonderful ability to determine options and then to support client in learning and using the ones they feel ready to incorporate into their lives.
