      Deer Depot is a professional wild game processing and sausage maker. We have been in business since 1984. Our venison tamales and Cajun Po boy have been the subject of National articles. We process all year. You can bring your frozen game during the off season and we can make sausage, jerky, tamales or any of our speciality items.
