Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Frustrated and calling a different doctor.

Had several probs w/this office. Called to ask questions before deciding on procedure and they never returned the call. Had procedure done anyway, they stated they would call me to check on how I was doing and bring me back in 1 week later for the "after" picture. Never heard from anyone. Procedure did not produce results I had hoped for and no one has followed up. Customer service not the greatest. They spend more time talking among themselves than with the clients. Don't waste your time!

This is the most efficient Dr's office I have ever been to. I have had 3 visits with Dr Kongsiri & I have never spent time in the waiting room. Whatever time my appointment is for, I am in the exam room w/the Dr at that time, not sitting in the waiting room & going back 30min to an hour later. I would recommend anyone to Dr Kongsiri
