WE COME TO YOU. Tech Rescue is, as far was we know, the only company that will come to your house or place of business and provide a full spectrum of service to any technology need. Unlike Geek Squad whose rates are astronomical, we charge by the hour regardless of the service to be provided. If we can not fix a residential problem in 90 minutes, we will take the device back to the shop, repair at a reduced rate and return within 72 hours*. In some cases loaner desktops laptops and printers may be available(deposit may be required for residential sites). *except where parts need to be ordered/ are not available locally.

N/A - All support is provided on site. Our techs rove both Pinellas and Hillsborough counties as support is requested. Our principal offices are located in St. Petersburg, north of downtown in the "Gateway" Area but techs may be stationed at larger corporate clients offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Palm Harbor on "hot-stand by" All calls and tickets are forwarded to the technician(s) on duty so that he or she may call the customer with an expected ETA.
