The Pinellas County Department of Solid Waste Operations is a public service agency that is located in St. Petersburg, Fla. It works to provide safe and environmentally sound integrated solid waste services to the citizens of Pinellas County, Fla. The department helps to identify, coordinate and promote opportunities for citizens to practice to minimize the amount of waste generated in the community.
