This business needs to replace the arrogant girl who handles new/scheduled appointments on the phone. Her office rang for 3 minutes and no one picked up. On the third try the phone got answered. When I complained about length of time for response, in a sarcastic, sing-songy voice she said "SORRRRRry!" Then she yelled WHO ARE YOU? Partway thru data taking she said "Wait a minute..." I waited two minutes then hung up. If the office manager lets this intolerable, juvenile behavior be the 'Welcome' to this business, Pasadena Eye Ctr is in trouble.
