Very friendly managers and business owner. Stayed there for a few weeks. We felt safe with all of the cameras and managers watching 24/7. Also, we did not have problems with bed bugs, managers or owner would provide new sheets/towels/ or comfetor when we asked. If we ever need a place to stay on 34th street, that's where we will go again.

I have no clue where other reveiw came from. Her name probably fits her though. This place is

super clean and safe. I have been in and out of the Palm Aire for

quite some time. The new owners

have cleaned it up no more

prostitutes and drug dealers, if

they catch it they throw them off property. I personally like the no trash mentality here its safer and quiet unlike the venice and cedar.

The owner is usually on property

during the day and him and his

son clean the rooms both great

guys if you ask them for anything they get it for you.



If your looking for a clean quiet place to sleep or stay a while I recomend this place. However if you are doing illegal activities I'd probably stay away they have no problems throwing you out here.



P.S. I have never seen bed bugs here.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed as far as customer appreciation. The owner worksApparently, his wife cleans the rooms. We stayed 3 days here. We were informed the third day that they no longer wanted to rent us a room because we left an empty milk container and coke bottle in the room. Apparently she doesn't like cleaning the rooms at all. We never even got under the covers for fear of bedbugs. The place is seedy, shady, and ran into the ground due to poor management.
