Tried numerous times to call for help. Someone who cannot speak English well tells me I have the wrong number. I cannot get help to fill out forms

Horrible horrible place. We were twice told we don't qualify for Medicaid for our daughter and had to pay out of pocket for medical bills. A month later we get a letter stating her benefits expire at the end of the year. The rep told us the letter is wrong and we don't qualify. Who's lying here? When you try to call the 800 number and go through ten minutes of automated hell, you get "all agents are busy. Please call again later. Click". Our tax dollars at work. No wonder everyone hates the government
