A horrible all-around facility. Had an emergency appendectomy, insurance covered it, they accepted payment, and then turned around and wanted more money. Said they no longer accepted our insurance provider long after they had accepted payment, and turned us over to collections for $675 without us even knowing it. Scandalous, rude crooks. We even had a letter from the insurance commissioner stating we didn't owe them money, and they were very rude and wouldn't accommodate the letter. We ended up paying them and they never even told the collection agency they accepted payment. Should have sued them, but for $675, it wouldn't have been worth the trouble. Oh, and the scar from my appendectomy is awful looking. Simpleton doctor was too lazy to do a nice job stitching the incision.
