Rachel McKenna is board certified in general/adult psychiatry as well as child and adolescent psychiatry who has trained and worked in a variety of clinical settings. After graduating in high standing from an accelerated combined undergraduate/graduate school at the University of Missouri, Dr. McKenna completed her internship, residency and fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. While there, she was promoted to Chief Physician. Dr. McKenna was selected to the Executive Committee of the regional American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Organization and also served as the quality improvement chair while at Washington University. Dr. McKenna has since opened a telepsychiatry practice allowing her to see you from the convenience of your home through a HIPAA compliant online application. Instead of using insurance directly, you would be charged a fee and then if requested, she will provide you paperwork for possible insurance reimbursement.
