He got the job done in a timely manner and went above and beyond in service. A workman who had come to repair the ducts earlier left an attic access board improperly attached and it fell down. Later, James De Rusha came by to handle the insulation that fell with it and re-attached the board as well. He didn't have to do it because it wasn't his fault. I really appreciated this extra bit of work he did without asking to be paid for it.
