  CRS to begin renovation of the existing Rose Cottage to include demolition, floor plan modifications, New Café & Entry and replacement of all finishes and associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

  CRS is excited to be recently awarded the construction of the Forsyth County Animal Shelter. The work includes a 15,740 SF Animal Shelter, all Site Work, and Landscaping. Construction is expected to commence at the beginning of March and anticipated completion date is the end of December.

  CRS is excited to begin the Inlet Shores Pool Amenity & Hardscapes consisting of a Cabana Building, Swimming Pool, Pool Deck, Walls, Fencing, Gated Entries, Sign Monument, Park/Pathways and associated Hardscapes.

  The project consists of a 2,517 SF Covered Open Cabana Building with enclosed restroom facilities, a 2,495 SF Swimming Pool, Mail Box Facility, pavers, pool deck and associated hardscapes in include: fencing, precast concrete wall, signage, site furnishings and landscape lighting.
• Retaining Walls
  This 68 acre Park includes clearing, grading, and site preparation; underground utility installation; paving, trail construction, retaining wall construction, multi-purpose field concession building, maintenance building, soccer field concession building, press box, trail head shelter, restroom building, shade structure, fencing, basketball courts, soccer fields, multi-purpose field, volleyball courts, playgrounds, landscaping, irrigation, site lighting, site furnishings, and boardwalks.
• Walkways
  Cherokee County has awarded CRS Building Corporation with the contract for construction of Waleska Park in Waleska, Georgia. CRS is very excited to commence work on this project which includes erosion control, site work, parking lots, concrete walkways, a new Concession/Restroom Building, renovation of existing baseball fields, renovation of existing playground, site signage, irrigation, landscaping, and batting cages. Construction is to start in mid July, 2013 and is expected to be completed in February, 2014.
• Irrigation Systems
  This is a 10,843 SF 4-Bay fire station building, including all associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drives, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, sign, flagpole, landscaping, irrigation, sidewalks, fences, signalization and all necessary utilities including fire sprinkler system.
