While visiting friends in St. Pete, my 350Z experienced tire issues. Service Advisor Dan Jacobs was very helpful in recommending a brand of tire as well as doing a 4 wheel alignment to protect my investment. The ordered tires arrived on time, installation and alignment completed as scheduled, a final car wash, and I was on my way. However, a few days later, a nail penetrated the sidewall of one of the tires requiring a replacement. Having to order the tire from outside the area required the Z to be laid up at the dealership for a few days so Dan arrange for me to get a loner car during that time. During this time, Dan exhibited a professional but friendly attitude which made me feel very at ease....thank you Dan!!I highly recommend Crown Nissan of St. Petersburg and especially Mr. Dan Jacobs in their service department.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Crown Nissan. As you can see i gave it 5 stars. I would like to give high praise to my service advisor, Dan Jacobs not only was he extremely genuine and understanding and a gentleman but also a true professional. I did not walk into crown nissan on a Monday evening not knowing i will not be able to afford the service on vehicle. I walk in only to get a oil change but it was more problems things that needed to be fix that i didn't know about. I needed the service done on my vehicle but i just wasn't able to pay couldn't afford. I told dan I couldn't afford it and was unable to get the service done on vehicle at this time and if it's possible that I can get my car tow to my house and I'll just leave it there until I can get it fix. Dan was very understanding and could relate to the situation i was in he told me to he'll give me a call back he'll see what he can do. About 5 minutes pass i call dan and i was told go back to sleep i was huh excuse me?? He was like go back to sleep everything is taking care of i was huh? Are you for real. He said no I'll call around 1 o'clock your vehicle will be ready. Dan went above and beyond his job dutie for me (a customer) and I am forever great full to dan and grown nissan truly appreciative thank you words can't express my gratitude to you crown nissan

I purchased a Titan SL last year and October 8th I had trouble starting my truck. I had only had the truck a little over a year. On Saturday I called Crown and they said come in right away. I was greeted by Dan Jacobs a Service Advisor and after inspection he thought the battery may need replacing. He was correct. Within an hour my truck was ready. Dan was very courteous, professional and caring. Dan was great and so was the dealership. Thank you Dan.
Crown Nissan has performed all of the service on our 2005 Murano, since the day we bought it, new. I've been a loyal Crown customer since 1991, and Crown services our family's Honda Accords & Acura, too. Over the years, Chuck Hoover has been our primary service Nissan service adviser. He is thorough, and handles our vehicle as if we were family friends. Unlike many people, I believe that keeping your vehicle serviced by the authorized dealer, lowers your overall maintenance & repair costs. Crown keeps a complete history of work performed, checks for recalls and warranty reimbursement, and only uses replacement parts that were engineered for the vehicle. They ensure that ALL recommended service work is addressed, and doesn't try to sell unnecessary services.
