Frank Schittino, the owner and proprietor of Caf Cibo, opened this authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in 1999.Originally from Baltimore, MD, Frank attended the Baltimore International College School of Culinary Arts and has well over 30 years experience in the restaurant business.A first-generation American, Frank brings the tradition & secrets of true Italian cooking, acquired from his mother & other family members in Sicily, to your table.
