what a great place to deal with i bought a used washing machine there a year ago and it starting making noise this afternoon i called they send a repairman out same afternoon he fixed it in front of me in about 10 - 15 minutes showed me the broken part, i love this place i will definitely do business with them again in the future
I bought a stove and refrigerator about 3 years ago from American Applicance and they are still going strong! Not one issue with either one. That's why now that my washer has stopped working properly, I intend to shop American Appliance again! Staff was friendly and helpful and appliances were delivered when they said they would be delivered!

Have been dealing with American Appliance for a number of years, have purchased new and used appliances. Have NEVER had a problem with either the products for their customer service. Think buying applieses at a "big box" store is cheaper...think again and get a price from American Appliance...don't forget to add in all the extras that the big stores charge..ie delivery, installation, haul-away of your old appliance.

Bought a used refrigerator 11 months ago, was happy worked fine up untill a month ago. Called to get a repair tech out, they sent some kid. First thing he did was open all doors take off face plate and look under fridge with his cell phone, didn't even bring a flash light with him, he then took apart the air diverter wash that, then took apart the thermostat controls and started banging the against the top of the fridge, I didn't say anything, He then begins to tell me he can't find anything wrong and that the door doesn't close right and thats the problem. First the door was a problem the store knew about, second you don't check a thermostat control by banging it against the top of the fridge. I have partial hearing loss and a problem with my voice, when I started to question what he was saying he got mad grabed his tools and said I will not be yelled at and ran out of my house and left, I had to put the fridge back together. My wife called the store and said we'll call you back, yeah

I purchased a used refrigerator for a rental unit. the first unit was defective, they replaced it and a week later the second unit was defective. I am now on the third unit and have an unhappy tenant. I asked for a discount on my next service call (waive the travel charge) and they refused. Also it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer incoming calls, I finally had to send a FAX to the service dept.

I don't know anything because they don't answer their phones. You ask for the receptionist and keep going round and round. I don't even know if they exist. I gave one star because the posting won't work without one.
