Old Time Roofing is wonderful from start to finish. Just a few years ago I hired another roofing company after having a bad leak that came into my kitchen. Three weeks after they "fixed it" when it rained it leaked in exactly the same spot. This company was horrible to me but my favorite quote from the owner was, 'I've been in this business for over 30 years and I have never had a customer expect me to find a leak before." I had neighbors that even made appointments with the owner they were so concerned over my treatment to no avail. The owner told them I had "a chip" on my shoulder. I was out close to $3,000.00 for a single story flat roof over a garage. Those roofers were awful and as my sitter said, "scattered like roaches" whenever someone would come home unexpectedly catching them sitting around doing nothing. By word of mouth I heard about Old Time Roofing and scheduled an appointment. The man was only here a few minutes when he found the problem. I hired them on the spot without getting other estimates after all this hadn't done me a bit of good before. The Roofers completed a very difficult job in 1 1/2 days because Old Time roofers worked non-stop. Several days later Tropical Storm Colin blew through. I don't even want to know what would have happened had I not hired them. Not one leak anywhere thanks to Old Time Roofing and a job well done. There was no messing around, no smoke breaks and no beer cans in my garbage like the first company. The roofers were polite with Old Time and worked constantly. I referred a friend to Old Time roofing this week who had a similar experience to mine. No surprise that she had just been ripped off as well by the other roofing company. I've read the other reviews on this sight and have to say some people will complain about anything. Ignore them. If you want your roof fixed I would go with Old Time Roofing.

If you're in the market for a tile roof repair don't call this company. In fact, they don't stand by their work and can't handle a complicated job. Especially a tile roof with multiple pitches. Bottom line, stay away from this company there's a reason why they're cheap...

We needed a tear-off and rebuild of our roof and got several estimates. A Old Time Roofing was a competitive rate and they came highly recommended by friends of ours who had work done on their roof as well. The cost of the roof was not the cheapest, but it wasn't the highest either. Knowing that this company has been in business since 1978 certainly made it easier to make the decision. I just knew that they would stand behind their work - and they did. They coordinated with our schedule to get the work done. They did a great job cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with this company. I would highly recommend them!

AWFUL experience with old time roofing! I made an appt a week and a half ago for this company to come out for a roof leak. They were to be here between 9 and 1 today. We called them 3 times throughout the day and got the same story with no apology, "He is running behind because he's been out sick, I'll call you back after I talk to him" The 2nd time I called she says that my husband told her that I had to leave by 12:30 so she just assumed we'd need to reschedule if he couldnt make it by then. She said she would call back, we never said anything about rescheduling. Not 1 of the 3 times did she call back as she said she would. It's now 5:30 and I got their answering service, they closed at 4:00, still no roofer. UNREAL! I missed an entire day of work and missed a meeting because of this. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use another company, I'm not sure how these places stay in business.

They did exactly what they said they would do which I appreciated. The men were exceptional & the roof came out looking great. The only problem was the ladder banged up my gutter on the front of the house. The next day they sent a crew member out who completely replaced it. And they don't ask for a deposit & they didn't ask me for a dime until the gutter was fixed. I would recommend them.
