I decided to take my watch, an Omega Seamaster 30, to A&M Watch Repair based upon the reviews I read. Not only were the reviews incredibly favorable, but they turned out to be incredibly right! Harry was not only warm and personable, but possessed of a knowledge of watches that can only come with years of experience and a genuine desire to be the best at what he does. He did some things for me that were so kind (and unexpected) that I simply HAD to leave my review here for everyone to see! I have other watches that will need some TLC, and I now know who to take them to. I suggest that if you need anything done for your watch, no matter how cheap or luxurious it may be, Harry at A&M is the ONLY person you need to see. What an absolutely great experience!

I came to A& M Watch Repair to have the battery replaced in my Movado watch. The owner was very pleasant and made me feel very welcome in his store, even though I had never been there before. After about five minutes, he informed me he was finished. I immediately reached for my credit card to pay for the service when he says to me, "I do not like my customers having to pay service charges on their cards, so just put a check in the mail for me". I was shocked and amazed! I immediately wrote him a check and thanked him for his excellent service and kindness. Not to mention he saved me $135 and my watch was working again in five minutes! I plan to tell all my friends and family about A & M Watch Repair. Thanks Harry!

A&M Watch Repair owner Harry Gotivari warmly welcomedme into his store as if I were an old customer--even though it was my first time there. He quoted me a very reasonable price for repairing an old watch of mine. Then we struck up a conversation about our backgrounds and the economy. Before we had finished our talk, he had finished repairing my watch. It felt good to do business with a local, small business person who prides himself on his work and satisfying his cutomers. -Topi
