I wish I would have discovered him a looooong time ago, before I spent hundreds at other shops and with marginal results at best. When 2 other places failed to diagnose my "dead" computer and told me all my data was gone and I needed a new computer, he resusitated my computer, with the aid of one of his super geeks, they got my data and the machine runs great. And, the price was right. He was quick, fair, honest and did what others couldn't.wouldn't.

Kirk is by far one of the nicest and reliable people to work with. My computer is running much smoother because of his knowledge of virus's and his ability to get rid of them. I've told many of my friends about his services because he is good, fast, and his prices are very reasonable. Keep up the great work Kirk! 5 stars for me:)

Recently I bought a new 4 in 1 printer - 93 page instruction book. I read the instructions, thought I understood them, did most of the list in the right order, but then reached a total roadblock.
