Formed in 1974, St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD) serves as one of the largest districts in Missouri. The firm offers emergency medical services (EMS), as well as non-emergency transfer services. The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) awarded the Certificate of Achievement for its comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR).
