Me and the fiance went here for lunch and I have no regrets. The food was great and so was the service. The staff is really friendly and kind. We ordered a 2 topping pizza and it was delicious. My fiance is pretty picky when it comes to pizza and she loved it as well. Definitely recommend stopping by here. It was money well spent.

Terrible pizza and even worse service. Don't even bother eating at the restaurant because they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by just being there. Crust was too chewy and I asked for extra sauce, but we received a pizza with hardly any. Also the prices are way out of line for what you pay at other places. We ordered two pizzas and a side of garlic knots for delivery and the total was over $50.00. I gave them two chances and they were bad both times. Stay away!

Horrible Service. I was excited to order Racanelli's Pizza since they were a newer pizza place in the area for me to order from and eat. I ordered a pizza. The pizza was delivered cold. When I called to inform them the manager John was very rude. He was not initially willing to bring me another pizza or refund my money. I finally got him do deliver another pizza and the soda that was forgotten on the first visit. No matter how good the pizza is I would not recommend this place based on their service. If your food is not made properly you will not be taken care of properly.

I love this pizza. The sauce is just right.... not tangy and not too much. The cheese is awesome, and the olive oil used, gives this pizza that "greasy" thing that is unbeatable (in a good way). When you bite into it, your mouth explodes with flavor!!! I hope this place doesn't get like all the others, and substitute quality for quantity. (9-15-08)









I was the first, and only, to give this place a review, back in September. I raved about how good it was. I wasn't lying, or so I thought. I have loved this pizza for years. When I went to the one in the Central West End in St Louis, I thought there wasn't any other place that could compare. That is, until the one on Mid Rivers opened. I was so excited when I tried it and it was AMAZING!!! However, it has done exactly what I hoped it wouldn't. It seems to have replaced quality with quantity, or that's my guess, anyway. I have ordered the pizza several times since it opened. The first few were great, but the last 3 or 4 were terrible! They skimp on the sauce, which normally is ok with me, as I'm not a big sauce person, anyway.... but....hardly any sauce at all???? WTH! ........ And the cheese! What happened to it? It separates! You can tell by looking at it, and definitely, by tasting it. It's not good at all! It reminds me of the stuff they use for the old Chef Boy Ardee stuff......cheap!!!!!!! The last one was even burnt! Everyone, in my family,couldn't even finish a whole slice! And who are the ones that answer the phone that you can barely understand? Look, usually, I only review things that I'm in favor of, because the way I see it, complaining doesn't get you anywhere. However, I am hoping the owners will read this and go back to the old way of doing things..... with quality! I'm going to give it a awhile before I try it again, because I believe with the stuff they serve now, that they will be forced into doing it right or shut down, due to lack of business.
