My name is John Cosgrove and I first started making soda breads for friends and family back in 1990. I baked and shipped the loaves back then and they had a very limited shelf life. Since then, I developed a recipe that requires limited labor and ingredients, is easily shipped in mix form and has a much longer shelf life. Later, some people discovered the spice blends that I had been making for my own professional use and asked to be allowed to purchase some for themselves. We currently offer six unique blends for quick shipment and the ability to blend spices to your specification or for your specific need. We are certainly not the only player in this business and not the biggest by any means, but we are unique and I promise you my personal attention to see that you are satisfied with your purchase.
