I am becoming very disappointed with the Bank on Mid Rivers drive in St. peters, MOI have banked there since it was Boatman's Bank and while the service has never been great it has been adequate.Today I found that the drive up has been closed and they said since November,, There was no sign ...would have been nice but evidently they figured that if no one was there it was closed...cashed some checks and asked to speak to a manager or someone who could help me with a problem involving my account.. They signed me up and I waited 20 minutes and there were employees (I assume) that were there who appeared to be doing nothing except staring out the window, not on the phone, not talking to clients and they could have helped me in about 3 minutes. I left....Maybe for good we will see.
