Alternative Behavioral Care provides behavioral health care assistance to individuals and families that are in need of mental health and substance use recovery services. It specializes in providing intensive outpatient group therapy, partial hospitalization, individual therapy, after-care continued teen and adult groups, corporate training and organizational support services. The agency provides mental health screening, psychiatric evaluation, chemical dependency treatment with medication assistance, medication management, and individual and group therapy services for age 4 and up (children, adolescents, exclusively women groups, and adults.) It additionally administers several employee assistance and alcohol addiction programs. The agency serves in St. Louis, St. Charles and surrounding counties in Missouri and maintains a location in St. Peters, Mo. Alternative Behavioral Care is accredited with The Joint Commission (gold seal of standards) and Department of Mental Health.
