We are your local family owned garden center. Spring. Summer. Fall. And Winter. Mon-Fri 8-6 Sat 9-5 Sun 12-4Fred's dream started as a small nursery on his parents rural Nicollet County farm. It led to horticulture degree from the University of Minnesota. And later to two garden centers, one in Le Sueur and in 1980, our current location in St. Peter. Today Fred and Joy operate Traverse des Sioux Garden Center on the north side of St. Peter with their sons, Karl, Oren and Keith. We hope that you'll stop and check us out.
