Care Management Services is a sole proprietorship that has been providing services to consumers with disabilities since 2003. We are a small family owned business that allows for a more hands on approach to service delivery. Our primary focus is helping consumers reach their highest level of independence. Our staff is committed to providing the highest quality service to consumers and their families. Services are provided in the most natural environment possible to include the consumer's home and commuity. In addition, Care Management Services provides services in the consumer's native language whenever possible and even employs a Spanish Interpreter. Care Management Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a CARF Three-Year Accreditation for the CAP MR/DD Program. This award is an indication of our dedication and committment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons we serve.
