An Amtrak Train has derailed in Pierce County, Washington, with police and rescue authorities stating that there are 'multiple injuries and fatalities." According to reports our office has received, Amtrak Train 501 just began operation on this portion of track this morning, when at least seven cars derailed. "We had just passed the city of DuPont and it seemed like we were going around a curve," one passenger stated.
