We had 10 windows replaced. We also had the brick moulding covered at the same time. They look fantastic and we have already noticed a marked increase in the comfort level of our home due to the excellent seal of the new windows. A somewhat unexpected result of the installation was the noise reduction we have. No more train noise from the switching yard and no more traffic noise from nearby 94 or even city streets. Our installers, Tim and his son B.J. were true professionals. Tim knows his craft inside and out and he is passing his knowledge to his son. Both were more than willing to answer any questions and stop their work to take me to a window and explain the wrapping process involved. 5 stars is not enough!

Everything went better than I had expected! I thought it would take a couple of days to get the new windows installed in my house and instead it took not quite 4 hours! The courtesy of the workers was impressive. They asked if it was OK to do this or that, everything on the inside of the house was covered in plastic and they left the outside of the house cleaner that when they found it, even picking up papers that were caught under the windows in the bushes. Everything was explained before the work started and the foreman went over how to use the windows, how to unhook them to clean them etc. after the work was complete. I didn't have to ask anything, they explained it all!!

I was very pleased with the installers that were assigned to my home window and patio door replacement project. They were very conscientious about the quality of work, willing to put the time in to do it right, and include me in any discussions. They were professional and the windows look great on the house. I frankly was pleasantly surprised!

The door looks great and service was very professional. Everyone was helpful and friendly from the installer to the salesman, and receptionist. Had to reschedule and it was worth waiting for. It matched the other door really close. This is my second job with window world and I have been satisfied in both installations. They were recommended by my daughter who had windows installed in their home and were satisfied also. I would recommend Window World to anyone improving their home. I am very pleased with my new windows. I can't believe the difference in how warm and comfortable my house has been, even in the coldest weather.The installers were excellent. The salesperson was great. We knew what we wanted since we had purchased 8 windows previously for a different house, and he showed us what was available. Installer did a good job and cleaned up after they were done. We had asked for the old storm windows to be left at the house, but they forgot. After we informed them, the old windows were returned with no problem. One of the new windows had a crack in the vinyl, and was replaced very quickly. These are quality windows with a good design, well insulated and at a very attractive price.

Everything from the initial home quote with Dave Peterson to the installation this week went very smooth. Dave was friendly and patient with answering our large list of questions and explaining the product and install process to us, and had great follow through and communication. Scheduling was simple and it was a quick turn around to schedule the next step of the process. Install went well and as expected. Ron and crew were both professional and friendly, and the install was clean. Very happy and would recommend to others.

The windows look great and the gentlemen who installed them did a great job. They cleaned up nice, were on time and worked hard. Very nice job.

We got a few quotes and not only was Window World the best price, but they were the highest quality, too. And I'm very picky about that! Their installers did an excellent job, cleaned up well and stood behind their work. Immediately, we noticed a vast difference in heat transference from the sunlight. It wasn't there. Our living room used to get like an oven when the sun came in during the afternoon. Now, no difference with the rest of the house. Now, with the colder temps, we notice that our furnace doesn't turn on anywhere near as much. On to the looks! They are perfect in appearance. In particular, they have a couple of the wood grain veneer that is the best I've seen in the industry. People can't tell where the window frame wood stops and the vinyl begins. Outstanding! I had one small area on one window that let a little air in. They came out immediately and fixed it. That's what I expect from a contractor! I recommended them to a neighbor with no reservations.
