Twin Cities Public Television is a nonprofit ,educational, civic, and cultural organization based in St. Paul Minn., which presents original productions for national and state broadcast. Its productions include the "ragonflyTVscience series,""Almanac,"" LIBERTY! The American Revolution," "Hoop Dreams," "Jane Goodall: Reason for Hope and Continental Harmony." The organization s Emmy Award-winning productions include "Benjamin Franklin," "The Forgetting: A Portrait of Alzheimer s," "American High,"" Suze Orman: The Laws of Money," "The Lessons of Life" and "Newton's Apple." Twin Cities Public Television operates six digital stations in addition to two analog channels. It is affiliated with Public Broadcasting Service, a nonprofit media enterprise owned and operated by more than 345 public television stations in the United States. Twin Cities Public Television is also an active member of the community, bringing outreach and literacy programs to local schools and community groups.
