ZERO STARS! I am having a terrible time with this company. I have a warranty on my 60 inch tv. Television Service Labs were sent to my home to fix the problem. Their service tech. decided to pick up the tv on his own instead of allowing me to move the tv stand away from the wall so he could get to the back of the tv. He picked it up, struggled, I had to assist with the tv stand so he would not drop the tv. He then put a power supply in the tv. Turned on the tv, which then turned on, but now it had lines and cracks on the inside panel. He took out the power supply and said that there is physical damage to the tv and left. I sent the company a letter, pictures and a video showing that the area where the service tech's hands were to lift the tv, is exactly where the cracks in the panel begin. They are stating that it is my fault, he lifted it from the back, which he couldn't because the back was against the wall. So they will not cover the damage and I have to pursue further action.

After calling another repair company and being told my only option was to pay for a diagnostic to find out what was wrong with our television, I called this company and the employee walked me through possible solutions to our problem all while staying on the phone with me. It turns out it was a problem with our cable box, not the tv, so she saved us the money we'd have spent on a diagnostic. Thank you!! We will certainly be using and recommending this company in the future!
Called to schedule a service appointment. After listening to the problem I was having with my TV, they suggested a fix that saved me the expense of them coming to see me.
