Saint Paul Parks and Recreation is a department of the city of Saint Paul in Minnesota that offers a variety of entertainment services to the residents of the city. It operates various parks that include Merriam, Mount Airy, Orchard, Highwood Hills, Groveland and Jimmy Lee. The department organizes community education programs, construction projects, environmental and forestry events, and sports activities.
