My son has attended Kick Start Martial Arts for 2 years. Love, love, love this program. The BEST part? AFTER SCHOOL CARE!!! Kelly and Paul pick my son up from Thomas Lake Elementary school in Eagan and bring him to the studio. The price is incomparable to any other afterschool program because besides snack, homework and fun time- he gets his martial arts lesson too! My son is able to participate in an amazing activity AND WE GET FAMILY TIME IN THE EVENINGS! I also love the fact that Kelly and Paul Sisk are the ones to transport and teach my son and they are the faces I see when I pick him up. I tell everyone I know that the benefits you read about children involved in martial arts are TRUE! Focus, discipline, respect, great physical activity- they even work on self-defense. He has been involved with other afterschool programs but I found them to be chaotic due to the overwhelming number of students, high kid to teacher ratio and with little focus.
