She is trained in Esalen, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy (Prenatal), Myofascial Release, Sports, Chair and Therapeutic Massage. She tailors each massage to the individual by listening to their needs. She loves doing massage as much or even more today as when she did when she first started.

  Shelly is a Board Certified Massage Therapist specializing in the combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to provide a massage that is both therapeutic and extremely relaxing. She is passionate about seeing people live their best lives by helping them reduce pain and ease tension so that they can be free to enjoy activities without physical limitations. Shelly believes that massage is a very tangible way to have a positive effect on the world around her. Each therapy session is uniquely tailored to meet the client’s individual needs.
