Started in 1967, REM Minnesota is a provider of a variety of community-based programs for persons with disabilities. Based in St Paul, Minn., the firm offers its vast customer base an array of services that include semi-independent living services (SILS), in-home/hourly, housing, intermediate care facilities (ICFs/MR), respite and many more. REM Minnesota has partnership with The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human service providers. The company serves a number of clients, including children, adults, seniors and families. In addition, it provides a host of brain injury services, such as supportive living programs, active treatment transition, mental health and chemical dependency, among others.
