Pinewood Community School is a part of Independent School District 196 and is located in Eagan, Minn. Founded in 1990, the school serves students in kindergarten through grade five. Its art classes offer information on the visual elements of line, shape and texture. The school s language arts programs focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Its math courses include various topics, such as algebra, geometry, data analysis and probability, measurements, reasoning and problem solving.
