Pike Lake Education Center is affiliated with Mounds View School District and provides diploma programs in adult education. The center provides courses in reading, writing, mathematics, communication skills enhancement and personality development. It also provides programs in computer technology, vocational training and technical studies. The services offered by the center include career counseling, placement assistance, resume writing and individual tutoring. It also undertakes emergency shelter and food programs for low-income families in the district. The center provides enrichment programs that include arts and craft, knitting, crocheting, cooking, dance and music sessions, and fitness classes.
