I'm extremely picky when it comes to a clean house and Perfect Touch Cleaning is consistently able to exceed my expectations. Perfect Touch Cleaning has been coming to my house for almost a year. I look forward to their arrival not only because they leave my house sparkling clean but because I enjoy seeing them too. Quick response to major work that needed attention asap but poor on schedule and budget issues. Nice helpful people but yet to develop professionalism. A 3-5 day job took close to 20 days (!), and not just because new items came up. Budget increased in bits and pieces because of this as well. Took many emails to get proper invoice and final report. Some minor damage and incomplete painting job. Very poor on follow up once paid. If you engage them, you will need to keep a strict eye on budget and time, and get a proper contract that sticks to original commitments. I tried my best and had to press to get the job finished.

This cleaning company is great, reasonably priced, and honest and reliable. Love the detailed work- you definitely won't be gipped out of your money when they're done cleaning!

I have worked with Perfect Touch cleaning for about a year and a half. I am the household manager for a family that reside in a large home. They come once a week and clean and when they are done, the house looks awesome! They will do whatever I need to have done (such as pickup kids toys or unload the dishwashers). I have come to see them all as friends that I get to see every week. The quality of their work is exceptional. I can't imagine what I would do without them!

I have had "Perfect Touch Cleaning" cleaning my home every other week for the last 2 years. When I started with "PTC" I was able to pick the day and time for my cleaning and the same two people were assigned to cleaning my home every time. Over the past 2 years these two people have become part of our family. I found out later that "PTC" was a family own business and they all take pride in what they are doing. As a business woman myself I can't be home every cleaning day so I trust them 100% with my keys to the house and security code. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Wow!!!! This type of service isn't around much anymore!!! My friend got me a gift certificate for a cleaning for Christmas and I loved it!!!!! Small Company great service and they even hand wash floors!!!!!
