The receptionist that answers the phone has always had an attitude with my wife. We called to ask them to fax over my son's prescription because we were at another store ready to order goggles for my son. But we needed the prescription. We told her to fax asap because we were waiting for the paperwork. She advised my wife that she will fax it withing 72 hours. She also stated that she does not have to fax it now if she does not want to. She needs a heavy dose of reality check. Sadly she messed with the wrong person. Only reason you got one start because I could not submit the review without it.
