Such a positive experience! After being told by Aspen Air my furnace was broken, but they would be glad to FIX IT, only to find out the next day by Metro, there was nothing wrong & Aspen Air was only trying to UPSELL me. Mike S, Metro's tech was professional, knowledgeable & very experienced! Will only be calling Metro the next time I need any service!!
Mike S. took the extra step to go and get a product that was not sent by the manufacturer. He was able to get hot water back into my home and I am so grateful for the extra time he took to get that product. He was also so very nice and great with my 3 dogs!
The staff at Metro Heating & Cooling was polite and helpful. They explained what they were doing and even re-aligned my dryer for me. I'm very happy with the cleaning of my dryer vents and air ducts. I will definitely use them again.
