Metro Heating and Cooling is the best. We've had them put in 3 furnaces in three different homes and a hot water heater as well. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, prompt, efficient, responsive. Just can't think of a marginal thing to say. All expectations met and more each time. I would highly recommend them!

Such a positive experience! After being told by Aspen Air my furnace was broken, but they would be glad to FIX IT, only to find out the next day by Metro, there was nothing wrong & Aspen Air was only trying to UPSELL me. Mike S, Metro's tech was professional, knowledgeable & very experienced! Will only be calling Metro the next time I need any service!!

Mike S. took the extra step to go and get a product that was not sent by the manufacturer. He was able to get hot water back into my home and I am so grateful for the extra time he took to get that product. He was also so very nice and great with my 3 dogs!

Showed up on-time, technicians were friendly, and it cost LESS than they quoted me. My furnace went out overnight, and by noon everything was back to normal. So crucial in MN.
