My practice is limited to matters connected to Probate & Trust Administration and Estate Planning: preparing Wills and Trusts, advice regarding minimizing estate tax, and advising clients about methods of avoiding probate. An important part of my practice is helping clients in the preparation of Powers of Attorney and in the preparation of Health Care Directives (living wills).
