Hazelden - Fellowship Club, established in 1953, is a recovery resource center that offers residential intermediate care programs for men and women aged 18 and over. The center provides assessment, screening, and group and individual counseling services. It offers group therapy, peer interaction and continuing care planning solutions, as well as a family support program. Hazelden - Fellowship Club also organizes meetings and lectures. The center serves the emotional and mental health needs of people recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. It provides opportunities to participate in a variety of activities and events. Hazelden - Fellowship Club is managed by Hazelden.
