  Lisa Wallraff joined Gunderson Construction in September, 2013 as our very effective Office Administrator.  Previously, she worked for a large utility company for 9 years and was co-owner of a Twin Cities based drywall company in addition to running a professional organizing business.
• Framing
  These options will address such areas as site development (review of soils, storm water control, paving design and foundation design), structural framing systems, exterior wall design, glazing, roofing, mechanical and electrical systems and virtually all components of the project. Our team approach to value engineering identifies savings in areas that will not compromise the facility’s function, usable space or aesthetics. Along with the design team, Gunderson will generate these studies so that the project team can make informed decisions on all aspects of the project.

• Demolition
  Gunderson lead the team members in this renovation project of an existing office warehouse building that had been unoccupied and unheated for 3 years. The renovation included replacement of the roof, including portions of the metal roof deck, interior demolition of gypboard walls & ceilings and new ADA toilet rooms, office space and warehouse.

Exterior

• Patios
  Demolition included existing poolside buildings and removal of the concrete pool patios. 3 new poolside buildings were constructed along with new concrete patios. Also added new “snack Shack” located near the 6th tee; with men’s and women’s restrooms.
• Residential Roof Repair
  Removal and replacements of the main south stair stone steps originally built in 1917. Removal of existing roof materials, structural and masonry repair, installation of new lead coated copper roofing system. Complete renovation of under croft providing meeting and conference rooms, food service area, bride’s room and restrooms. The removal and the replacement of the wood floor in church and altar areas. The repair and replacement of the roof and soffits on the historical school building.

  Gunderson Construction, Inc. was selected from among three general contracting firms. The building project addition included office space, music/choir room and a chapel. The remodeling portion of the project included new heating/cooling and electrical services throughout the entire campus while keeping the day to day functions of the church operational.
