Friendly Hills Middle offers a wide range of educational programs and extracurricular activities to students. It has an enrollment of more than 600 students in grades five through eight. The school provides various academic programs that include subjects, such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, and health and physical education. It also offers special education classes in fine, visual and performing arts, music, drama and computers applications. The school offers others specialized services that include health care, food, academic instructions and reading assessments. Its administrative division provides a wide range of services that include students monitoring and providing other services, including transportation and parking areas.
