I ordered 2 sesame chicken dinner specials and an orange chicken and a general tso's chicken as well as an order of chicken lo mein. The chicken lo mein was the only thing we got that was edible. I ordered at 7:25 and arrived by 7:35 and waited as thy were still cooking. It took me less than 10 min to drive home. The sesame, orange, and General tso's chicken was coauglated together and had hardly any sauce. My sesame chicken had a bone in it that I almost choked on-like the small rib bones that are in a chicken breast. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told he was not in. I explained what happened and she said I had to drive the bad food back to them so thy could decide whether to make me new food or give my money back. I explained I didn't want to drive all the way back as I'was feeling queasy after almost choking on the bone and I'd thrown the food in the trash and again asked for a refund for all but the chicken lo mein. I offered to send in a picture of all the food in the trash. She said I had to drive back and bring the food so they could decide whether or not to give me a refund and said I should come now. Honestly I have never thrown out take out before and my husband is a restaurant manager and we rarely complain

Honestly I have never thrown out take out before and my husband is a restaurant manager and we rarely complain, but this was unprofessional and dangerous and they didn't care. So since $32 is more important to them than their customers, please show them customers matter by taking your business elsewhere.
East China offers indeed the freshest Chinese cuisines in town. I love most their Mei Chow Fun. The best place to go to when craving for Chinese foods.
