Zero stars! I was asked, Did you ever used drugs, such as speed, cocaine, herion, or perscription drugs? I answered yes, I used a pain killer because I injured my foot at work and had an infection. I was asked when and I replied about 1998. I wait to receive the evaluation. After one month I call and he tells me he is busy but will work on it as soon as he has time. After two months I receive the evaluation and in part reads ...used speed, cocaine, herion, during the 1990's... This is wrong, I never used such drugs. I wrote a letter, I called several times. After one month he tells me he will look into it. After many months he now tells me I admitted I was a drug addict and that I am trying to have him change his report. He refuses to meet with me, but would meet with an attorney if I choose to go that route. I am writing a letter to sent to anyone that received his report.
