Very poor costumer service. Making an appointment means nothing, you still have to wait. When contacting specific people either by phone or email, there is no reply.
I made an appointment (This was my 6th time coming to the consulate office regarding the same issue) at 11, I wait to see a clerk at the front, she tells me the person I have my appointment with will be with me shortly, I wait about 30 min. Then my name is called by another person to tell me my appointment is not even in the building, that he will be back by 1 if I want to wait. I come back at 1, I wait in line again to see a clerk and I am told the person just left Wisconsin and will not make it back until the next day. Very unprofessional.
