CS Body Main Complete Sales, Inc is a manufacturers' representative firm which specializes in the electronics & electro-mechanical industry. In business since 1982, the company not only offers off-the-shelf electronic components, but it also provides custom design parts and services to its many customers throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota, with select accounts in western Wisconsin and northern Iowa. With their electronic component lines, Complete Sales has developed an excellent working relationship with several local distributors, making a constant effort to provide them with assistance in training, product shows and design-in with customers. We also work with some local engineering consultants, which provides an additional service to our customers and helps get components approved. Because we offer custom products and services, the sales team works closely with both engineering and purchasing personnel within a larger than average customer base. Years of experience, extremely loyal customer relationships, along with excellent product knowledge helped the company generate over eighteen million dollars in sales in 2000. Although the recent downturn in our national economy has affected overall sales, our continued efforts still result in over ten million per year. Complete Sales received the 2001 National Representative of the Year Award from both Kingbright Corporation and E-Switch. It was the first year either company presented such an award, which is not issued each year. However, for 2005, we were again selected as Representative of the Year for E-Switch. We have also earned numerous awards for distribution support. Our highly experienced staff includes Don Ochocki, Jane Klein and Arlene Ochocki. Both Don and Jane spend most of their time on the road, calling on existing customers and generating new business. Prior to Complete Sales, their backgrounds were in purchasing and engineering support. Arlene Ochocki handles the inside sales and office operations of the company.
