I went there with my toddler and they gave me lotion to put on my daughter after baths and they prescribed her other lotions as well. I trusted them because they are doctors and I was referred by my clinic. I put the lotion on that night and when I woke up the next day my toddler was completely broke out and she was swollen! So I gave her a bath to get the lotion off and I called advanced in dermatology at 8AM in the morning and the secretary said she would have some one get back to me because I wasn't sure if I should bring her in to the doctor. Well they never called...I left a message at 7pm again and told them I ended up just calling my doctor since nobody returned my call. The next morning some body returned my call and suggested other creams to put on her, hmm I dont think so. I was not happy with customer service and there suggestions for my daughter. I wouldn't go back.
