The Administration Department of the City of Apple Valley, Minn., is responsible for the proper conduct of municipal affairs. It coordinates with government agencies and represents the interests of the city in metropolitan, state, county, school district and national activities. The department develops and implements budgeting, including capital improvements and administrative planning and control procedures.
