CenClear offers mental health issues at the St. Marys office. CenClear is headquartered in Bigler, PA. CenClear offers preschool, early childhood, mental health and drug and alcohol programs. CenClear was formed in 1980 to offer Head Start preschool services to children in Centre and Clearfield County. At the time there were not many options for young children in need of mental health services. CenClear began offering mental health services to young children, adolescents and adults. The need for drug and alcohol services also began apparent and CenClear began offering those services as well. CenClear also offers services for pregnant moms and children up to age 3.
